Payment/Cancellation Reminder
I agree to pay in full ($615 plus tax in total) after submitting this form in accordance with the payment deadlines. The Accommodation Fee ($220 plus tax) is to be emailed to ggcmanitou@gmail.com UPON REGISTRATION and a separate Activity/Food/Entertainment Fee ($395 plus tax) is to be emailed to ggcweekend@gmail.com BY JUNE 15, 2025. These timely payments will allow Girls Gone Camping and Camp Manitou to consider my registration for GGC 2025, otherwise my registration will not be considered for acceptance. Registration acceptance will be on a first-come, first-served basis and campers will be placed on a Waitlist when the weekend is sold out. I also agree to the GGC/Manitou Cancellation Policy whereby a written cancellation notice received via email to ggcmanitou@gmail.com and/or ggcweekend@gmail.com before August 1, 2025, will result in a full refund, less a $50 (plus tax) admin fee. No refunds will be given as of August 2, 2025.
