I hereby waive, release and absolve and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camp from all liability, injuries, or losses arising out of my attendance or participation in Girls Gone Camping, notwithstanding any willful neglect or negligence on the part of Camp Manitou or Girls Gone Camping. The Courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, legal dispute or cause of action arising out of my attendance or participation at Girls Gone Camping. It is hereby agreed any such legal proceedings commenced or filed against Camp, will be held only in the Province of Ontario and I, hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Ontario and will further indemnify and/or reimburse Camp for any legal fees or expenses incurred by Camp challenging jurisdiction in any matter or cause of action filed outside the Province of Ontario. The laws of Ontario shall govern any dispute or claim. Any reference to the term Camp above shall be deemed to include all employees, staff, agents, owners, directors and officers of Camp Manitou and Girls Gone Camping. It is further agreed all of the above terms, conditions, and provisions are not only binding upon me, but apply to my children, siblings, parents/legal guardians, and also any heirs, executors, successors or assigns.

I agree to pay in full ($615 plus tax in total) immediately after submitting this form. The Accommodation Fee ($150 plus tax) is to be emailed to [email protected] and a separate Activity/Food/Entertainment Fee ($465 plus tax) is to be emailed to [email protected]. These timely payments will allow Girls Gone Camping and Camp Manitou to consider my registration for GGC 2024, otherwise my registration will not be considered for acceptance. Registration acceptance will be on a first-come, first-served basis and campers will be placed on a Waitlist when the weekend is sold out. I also agree to the GGC/Manitou Cancellation Policy whereby a written cancellation notice received via email to [email protected] and/or [email protected] before August 1, 2024, will result in a full refund, less a $50 (plus tax) admin fee. No refunds will be given as of August 2, 2024.
